Who Can Leave a Rating?

To ensure the authenticity of our reviews and prevent spam, only registered and logged-in users of JustLookOn are able to submit a rating or a review for a business listing. This helps us maintain a trustworthy environment for everyone.

Note: You can only submit one review per business listing. This ensures that the ratings reflect a wide range of customer experiences.

The Rating Process

Leaving a review is simple and only takes a moment. Here’s how you can share your feedback:

Find the Business: Navigate to the listing page of the business you wish to review.
Give a Star Rating: In the "Leave a Review" section, select a star rating from 1 (Poor) to 5 (Excellent).
Write Your Review: You can provide more details about your experience in the text box. This is optional but highly encouraged as it provides valuable context to others.
Submit: Click the "Submit Review" button. Your feedback will be instantly added to the listing.

How Average Ratings are Calculated

The star rating you see on each business listing is the **average rating** calculated from all the individual star ratings submitted by our users. The total number of reviews is also displayed, giving you a clear picture of the business's reputation within the community.
